Impeccable Customer Service, Charming Riad. Would 100% Recommend.

This Riad is so well located for many tour pick ups. The level of customer service is fantastic! Such a warm welcome, lovely characterful Riad.
Wish I had stayed longer as a single traveler I felt very safe and the manager was happy to help with any enquiry and recommendations. I would wholeheartedly recommend Riad Shambala.

Amazing riad

Riad Shambala is located right at the edge of the Medina, which made it easy to access while still feeling authentic.
We were welcomed with mint tea during check-in, and in the meantime Yunes kindly brought our luggage up to the room.
We had booked a suite, which was very spacious and clean. The only downside was the plumbing: there was no cold water in the bathtub, so I had to use the shower hose to add cold water. Cold water was also an issue at the sink.
Breakfast on the first day was just okay, but when we asked for some extra bread, it was brought with a big smile. On the second and third days, breakfast was much better. A small suggestion for the riad would be to have a bit more consistency with breakfast from day to day.
The staff truly go out of their way to take care of their guests, especially Yunes, who was exceptional.
Despite the small issues, I would definitely come back and recommend this riad.

A charming place and a lovely team

We wanted to live the experience in the heart of the medina of Marrakech. The accommodation is very well located, everything can be done on foot. The room was comfortable, in a subdued Mood.
The staff was lovely and caring with us, which greatly contributed to making our trip even more enjoyable.
Thanks again to Salma, Younes, Imane and the whole team.
