Homelike stay

The riad is really pretty and has a cozy vibe. Everyday you get to have breakfast with the other travelers and can make new Friends pretty fast.
In Addition to that, the staff there is amazing too and goes out of their way to fulfill your needs. I definetley would recommend this place :).

Disappointing Experience with Unbelievable lack of organization and respect to the guest

Security issue: they never asked me about my passport. Hence, they do not really know or care.
I have paid for an 8-bed room but they made the room 9-bed room.
Nobody was at the reception when I arrived at 21pm on the 27th.
I called you several times and the phone was inaccessible.
If it was not for the guests leaving the Riad, I would be waiting forever outside.
There was no sheet in my bed.
I was attracted by the pictures of the Riad, but definitely the staff isn't at the same level.

Friendly staff and good location

The riad is of a few minutes walking distance to Jemaa El Fna square which makes it very convenient. Our host, Hany, was very accommodating. He made sure all our requests were taken care of and he was there almost 24/7.

Incredible Host

Sam, the host is one of the most friendly and welcoming people I've met. He made the hostel feel like home, an amazingly comfortable retreat from the busy streets of Marrakech.
Through Sam and the hostel we booked a trip to the Ozoud Waterfall as well as Camel and Quad bike rides - all of which were unforgettable experiences.
Myself and 3 friends stayed in a 4 bed dorm. The room itself wasn't that big, but for the price we paid (including breakfast!) coupled with the central location of the hostel it was better than expected. One of the staff members even tidied our room and folded our clothes for us while we were out!
To top it off, the Riad has an amazing rooftop terrace which is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, where you can meet other travellers or simply chill and do your own thing.
If I was ever to recommend a comfortable and friendly place to stay on holiday, Riad Sigane would be the place

Very nice stay

The riad is very cosy and nice. Sam is very hospital and friendly. He helped get to know the city and make plans. The location is close to Jamea ElFenaa (10 minute walk), but it includes some walking in small streets which can get really crowded especially during weekends. My room was nice and comfortable but a bit hot. There's a lovely terrace for breakfast.
