A nice surprise

A beautiful guest house, where the staff and owner treat us like princes!
Breakfast is royal and dinner excellent.
A large infinity pool unfortunately not heated but the terrace and deckchairs allow to relax at will.

Very bad experience at this property. Run away.

I booked a room through Expedia.com for a 5-day stay. The reservation is confirmed and I am charged. I arrive on D-Day with my family, I call the manager because his number was communicated to me via the platform. He tells me that he has no reservations in my name and that he no longer works with the Expedia platform, only with Booking. He answers me in a very condescending way and offers me no solution. I even heard him mutter to his employees to get me out of the villa immediately, thinking I didn’t understand Arabic. The lack of empathy shocked me: it was 2am in the middle of the high season, and no solution was offered, not even a semblance of an excuse. It is a shame. I won’t have the opportunity to know what the establishment is worth, but it doesn’t matter: when it’s such disrespectful people who hold it, it’s not worth it. Zero professionalism, vomiting.
To this day, the property is still listed on Expedia. It is therefore a lack of organization on your part to accept reservations on different platforms when you are sold out.
I strongly recommend this property.

Après vérification, il apparaît qu’aucune réservation confirmée à votre nom n’a été enregistrée dans notre système. Nous avons effectivement à cette période cesser notre collaboration avec la plateforme Expedia, et il semble malheureusement qu’un dysfonctionnement ou un retard de mise à jour de leur côté ait pu entraîner cette confusion indépendante de notre volonté.
Nous comprenons parfaitement votre frustration, d’autant plus compte tenu de l’heure tardive de votre arrivée, et nous regrettons sincèrement que votre expérience ait été perçue de cette manière. Ce n’est en aucun cas l’image ni le niveau de service que nous souhaitons offrir à nos clients.
Concernant votre ressenti sur l’accueil, nous prenons votre retour très au sérieux. Le respect et la bienveillance font partie de nos valeurs fondamentales, et nous allons faire le nécessaire en interne afin de comprendre précisément ce qu’il s’est passé.
Nous restons bien entendu à votre disposition pour échanger directement et trouver une solution appropriée, notamment concernant votre réservation via la plateforme concernée.

Paradise

Away from the noise and bustle of Marrakech , a huge villa with 12 bedrooms and suites. A large swimming pool and service with little care. Beautiful breakfast and delicious dinner. Zehna and Said make us feel like home.
48 hours spent in this villa is absolute rest
