I was happy for the help due to a misunderstanding. At checkout. Big thanks to Gabriel who took my call and helpled me out and also cruci who helped resolve the issues: Rooms are good size. Bed is comfortable. Recommending.

Met and surpassed my expectations for a hostel. Pretty clean.. bathroom didn’t smell great but everything else was good!

Excellent experience. The 6 dorm was kool, had no issues. The entire staff was very friendly and provided recommendations to explore. Clean room and overall place was nice.

I was unsure about staying in a hostel but this one is an excellent choice for convenience. The staff/customer service made me extend my stay! I met and hungout with my other roommates around the city which made the experience better to meet new people. The rooms were clean and nice and had lockers to store items. I would definitely stay again!

Terrible, dirty rude
I was NEVER given clean bedding, there was noise through out the night the room smelt. The toilet shower area had a smelly old towel on the floor. There was no management apparent in the morning.
When I complained of this I was basically told it was my fault for not contacting someone after hours for clean linen. Passing responsibility on to a customer WITHOUT accepting responsibility for a dirty unclean room and bathroom is unacceptable customer service , in many years of hostels this is THE DIRTIEST AND WORST experience I have EVER HAD, I will forward this exact wording to the various pertinent sites that cover travel. NO ATTEMPT was made to address these issues no compensation was offered and all the complaints brought up were dismissed as not management’s responsibility. There is ZERO reason why I would recommend your company and the manager I spoke to was unhelpful refused to take responsibility and presented as disengaged and robotic. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
