A lovely stay in Amsterdam

We stayed at La Boheme for one night and absolutely loved it!
The breakfast was definitely a highlight, and the specialty coffee was so good. It was the perfect way to start a slow morning in Amsterdam.
We also loved how central the location is, while still having that homey feeling inside.
Such a cozy hotel, we’d happily stay here again

Excellent little hotel

A really fantastic find - wonderful location, lovely atmosphere, everything very clean and little touches appreciated (free tea/coffee, free cheese hour, very attentive service). We were very pleased to have stayed here.

Great location, small room with no AC

Pros: Close to Van Gogh Museum, central for trams and getting places. Friendly staff and common area, great breakfast.
Cons: We came during the heat wave, and it was too hot without an AC, and a little fan didn't do much. Keeping the windows open at night meant smelling smoke (from smokers on the street) and hearing the partying going on the streets till 4am. We didn't get good sleep. The hotel also faces a movie theater, so the lights are pretty bright if your drapes aren't closed (we had to leave ours open to try to cool the room down). Bathroom was tiny, and closet was off to the side, making it tricky to keep bags open.
This hotel is perfect for younger crowd that is looking to be out and about till early morning rather than families. The location is great to hop on a tram or walk to gazillion restaurants.

We loved it!

With its location and friendly atmosphere, the hotel was fantastic. It was a family vacation. It was a comfortable enough environment for my 10-year-old son as well. We will choose this place again on our next visit.

Highly recommend!

Great hotel that is centrally located. Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, adorable cat “Jacky”. We enjoyed our stay very much and would absolutely stay here again!
