Weena house

Located in the very center, clean, neat, breakfast of high quality. We also had a balcony in the room, where you can sit down and enjoy tea. Very cozy place! The owner is very responsive and kind. We will look for a chance to come back there again!

A nice basic accommodation,great located next to train station

Came here which is very close to the train station and got greeted by a lovely elderly Russian lady.
The accommodation is dated but the lady really is very chatty and friendly and tries to look after her guests.
She was asking how we like our eggs for breakfast and definitely aimed to make sure we were full of food and coffee before leaving for the day out.
If you want basic accommodation with a cheap price and good location then this is what you get.it is also based right next to a model world in rotterdam

Comfortable stay

We stayed for a night there. This is B & B type and very near to Rotterdam Centraal. It just about 5 min walk to the station. This is the owner house and she is staying at downstairs. It has 3 rooms and we stayed in the master room. The room was clean and comfortable. It gives me like a home. The breakfast was nice.

A very Special place to stay

Initially we had trouble finding this place, as it is a private maisonette in a block. Once there, however, we were delighted. Tatyana, is 72 years old and rents out all her bedrooms. She treats her guests as friends. The whole apartment is wonderfully decorated and furnished. We started off in a double room but, my husband smokes and, because of neurological issues gets lost. He went out for a cigarette and was unable to find which door to come back to. Tatyana moved us to the twin room with balcony. How kind. On leaving she gave him a can of Russian beer!

Infested with Bedbugs and Scabies: Needed extensive medical treatment

The accommodation is 3 bedrooms in a grey concrete council estate block. The owner is a nice elderly Russian lady who is polite with a friendly personality who is renting out the rooms to make ends meet.
However, I caught scabies by staying there just one night and my whole body was (and still is) covered with very itchy and unsightly rashes including to my face, bum, neck, knees, hands, arms. The problem is the hygiene at this place is unacceptable, the towels are not washed to kill off bugs and the bed spreads do not appear to be changed. In addition, there is a smell of smoke in the pillows and bed. The bath and toilet are communal with NO extractor fans.
I have ended up bringing the infestation back to the UK and into my house and my whole family also has to be treated,
I booked this accommodation through the Easyjet-Booking.com website and thought that their properties are vetted as kosher. When I complained to Booking.com and sent them photos, they refused to acknowledge the complaint and instead told me it was not their responsibility but that of the accommodation.
People should also be aware that NOT all the photos of the property on Tripadvisor and Booking.com are genuine.
I am expected to be off work for at least 10 days as I am classed as "contagious" and can contaminate others.
