The receptionist was very polite, welcoming and efficient. We arrived later in the evening and were very tired and she was very helpful and got us up to our room quickly. The room (triple) was fabulous, with windows on three sides and amazing views across the canals and back towards the city. We enjoyed watching the party boats go past. It was clean, stylish and well-equipped - nice to have a coffee machine as well as a kettle.
Our only difficulty was finding the entrance. We accidentally entered the restaurant and were 'told off' and asked to leave - tricky with a wheelchair - and not allowed to walk through to the hotel. A little bit of training in welcoming guests with access needs or outside signposting for wheelchair users would be helpful.

Great hotel but also a wonderful restaurant

Great hotel with cooking facilities. Everything neat and tidy, not very spacious but sufficient. Bus every 10 minutes. Previously the parking lot was included for free, but now you pay 24 per day. That was disappointing. A recommendation is the restaurant downstairs where a new Asian owner has been since August. Very good and refined food. Since there was always a ridiculously expensive restaurant, we only found out about it on the last day (unfortunately) on the advice of another guest. This is really 100% improvement. Absolutely worth a try! All you can eat but with selected refined products, not the usual junk! And you also get a return ticket which saves another 24 euros. And the price is very reasonable for the quality you get. Definitely!!!

For me never again

Parking costs 23€ per night, prefab breakfast 18€ from 07:30 will be delivered. No TV, only youtube or netflix if you have a subscription. Towels are only changed after 4 days, fortunately there is a supermarket within walking distance. The “bathroom” is helpable because everything is on 2m2 and the shower tray is also flooded and everything is wet.
Very nice young lady at the reception who was very helpful ( Grazie mille ).

Room was large and clean but hotel was quite far out of town in an industrial area of Utrecht. Bike hire available but expensive and no availability/information about bike hire for children.
Room was overlooking a car park.
Parking was expensive, but convenient.
This is a basic style accommodation. Ok if not spending lot if time in room, and prepared to walk 20-30mins into town.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. I arrived a bit earlier than check-in time, but the receptionist kindly let me check in early — I was very grateful for that.
The room was very clean, and the kitchen had an oven and a dishwasher, which was a nice touch.
It’s got big windows and get nice amount of sunlight which I enjoyed.
Grocery store is like 5 minutes walk so it was helpful since I wanted to cook in my room.
