MIL GRACIAS HOTEL MONARCA

Hoy nos despedimos de Arequipa, donde la pasamos increíble, cómplices de nuestra felicidad fue el hotel monarca, es hermoso, limpio. OMAR Y JENNY son increíbles los mejores anfitriones. Como olvida al guardián Lucky. Muchas gracias hotel monarca. Excelente servicio.

Perumin 2019 Convention

I booked this with Expedia and was sent a confirmation that all was in order with my reservation. On upon arrival last Tuesday afternoon the receptionist informed me that they had no information about my reservation and that I had no room. After showing the receptionist my email and text confirmations for about 15 minutes she called for help but Yenny the manager did not want to help or even come to the front desk. Finally a friend of the receptionist came over to help and he made some calls to area hotels and was able to get me into the hotel 'La Catedral' which is just off the main plaza.

Buena ubicación, buen precio

Es un hotel muy céntrico, de habitaciones muy cómodas, que guardan el estilo colonial característico de Arequipa. El servicio es bueno, y brindan orientación sobre los tour a tomar en la ciudad.
Pasamos un buen momento en familia. Buena relación precio /calidad de servicio.

Céntrico, limpio, amable atención, buen desayuno.

Se ubica a pocas cuadras de la plaza de armas. El hotel mantiene la arquitectura tradicional de sillar, lo cual le da un encanto especial. Muy buen precio y la atención muy esmerada. Ambientes limpios.

Una experencia buenisima

Fuimos un grupo de 12 personas y el trato fue excelente. El desayuno riquisimo y las habitaciones muy comoda. Ademas nos ofrecieron un servicio muy comodos para recogernos y llevarnos a la estacion. Una grata experiencia.
