Great customer service

The best part of the stay was at the restaurant. The food was very pleasant and the service was first-class. Specifically, Marcelo was very attentive, helpful, and professional. He served us at night for dinner and to my pleasant surprise also at breakfast the next day. With the same cordiality as the night before.

Fantastic stay at the Hampton by Hilton Cusco

The facility was fantastic, clean and conveniently located to all the things we did in and around Cusco. All the staff have been fantastic and I want to say Anabeli in the food service area was the most pleasant and happy person and so accommodating for me and my daughter. I will recommend the Hampton to others I hear are planning a trip to Peru and Cusco.

Amazing Staff, Delicious Breakfast, and a Wonderful Experience

We had a wonderful stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Cusco. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay.
The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of delicious options to start the day.
A very special shout-out to Katherine, who works in the hotel's restaurant. She is genuinely kind, warm, and attentive. She made our dinner such a memorable experience with her excellent service and welcoming personality. She truly made us feel at home. Honestly, we would come back just to see her again!
Thank you to the entire team for making our visit to Cusco so enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.
