Their breakfast service is unlike other hotels. There is no buffet. The staff just bring you one item at a time, no reorders

The property is well-maintained and the staff is super friendly. Packed a little breakfast for me before my 4 am excursion pickup.
Some of the staff speak very little English, but Google Translate came in clutch.
I will say, without a noise app on my phone, I wouldn't have gotten much sleep. The property is pretty quiet, so any noise can be heard throughout the rooms.
The room was comfortable - nothing spectacular but perfect for two nights in Cusco.
Plenty of food options within a short walk as well.

A very nice family owned Hotel with a neo vintage feel. Room was very clean and breakfast was very delicious. Staff was very accommodating and prepared us a to go breakfast when we had an early excursion at 4am.

The room was very clean and also spacious. The staff were accommodating as we required an extra night and they sorted it out for us immediately. We did have to hire a heater from them as, as is quite normal in Cusco, it gets chilly at night time and most places don’t use central heating. We slept great both nights, and breakfast was a nice added touch.

Stayed one night during layover. Hotel was only 15min from airport. Clean and comfortable room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was very good!
