Simple hostal, confortablel with a good location and quiet

Its a very simple hostal that is located a few meters of one principal avenue with bus to everywhere. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bed is very confortable and warm. Unfortunatly the shower is terrible because almost does not come water but the temperature is awsome.

Good night sleep but that's about all you get for 30+ USD per night

The place is a bit run-down, with very old furnishings. The bathroom and the closet have the same wooden and ancient door that doesn't fully close, there no sound proofing whatsoever and everything in the room could do with a makeover. The sheets and towels seemed a bit overused but they were clean. The room and bathroom were "almost" clean, there were some spider webs in the bathroom, but at least they were useful since it kept the mosquitos out (let's just say they were "ecological" mosquito nets, given that there was no glass or proper window to the bathroom).
On the bright side, the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were perfect for a good night sleep, the location is good and the price was decent. WiFi worked, water was hot. You have a couple of excellent bakeries near by so having a great breakfast was easy.

Mediocre location, the rest is bad

This place is remote from the beach and the center in Kennedy park. The receptionist wasn't the most helpful or nicest. The room looked old, and felt this way also. In the shower I didn't get hot water.
It has a low grade for a reason.

Good value for the Price

It's not a fine hotel. If you need a place to sleep and shower this is the place. It is a lot cheaper than other places. Hostel prices. It's walking distance to Park Kennedy. Two blocks off a main road so it's quiet. It is a safe area.
I had a early morning flight and used the room for a shower and a place to store my bags. I even took a short nap.
Next time I am in Lima for a few hours between flights I would stay again.

Needs a plumber

The rooms are very basic. The staff didn't speak English at all, but was friendly. WiFi was so and so. The toilet didn't flush properly and the shower was weak. We staid here one night. Wouldn't recommend before they find a plumber.
