Excellent option in the center of Tumbes

Comfortable room, with air conditioning, work desk, good bathroom. New building, with stairs without elevator. Well located. Simple but sufficient breakfast: sandwich, juice and coffee. Very friendly staff. Excellent quality+price ratio. Due to its location, there is street noise from early in the morning.

Nice and clean

A nice place to rest, comfortable, the staff were absolutely nice with us, is located pretty close to downtown, so it is centric, it is not expensive, the rooms are big enough with large beds, the have coller system, so you don't suffer with the hot outsides weather

The hotel is clean and the room was big enough. For me the breakfast was good enough, scrambled eggs with ham, juice, bread and butter, cheese, tea etc. Only a little bit negative is the surrounding area, that is under construction. But the location is very good, only a couple of blocks from the main streets, shops and restaurants. We enjoued our stay there.

Great stay!!

After spending a few nights in nearby Zorritos in a really poor hotel, we were delighted with our stay at B'Liam. Staff are very competent and helpful, rooms were super clean with good wifi and a/c. Plaza de Armas is only a few blocks away. Fantastic!

Nice rooms & friendly staff

Good option to stay when you have to pass through tumbes.
The rooms are nice with hot water, TV, etc.
Also the staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nothing special but okay. Only complaint are the prices which are definitely to high..
