Best hotel in Bacolod

Have tried other hotels in Bacolod - but always go back to Seda Capitol. We always have the best stay here. Location can't be beaten - very near Ayala Mall and central to most other places.

Best food. Best bed. Best hotel experience

What stood out to me most about this hotel is how well the team seems to anticipate and understand the needs of their guests. The service feels thoughtful and intuitive without being intrusive. The staff are clearly well trained, professional, attentive, and genuinely service-oriented. They know when to assist, how to communicate, and how to make guests feel comfortable throughout the stay. It is the kind of service that makes the entire hotel experience feel seamless and well managed.

Best Hotel in Bacolod

Exceptional Stay—Highly Recommend!
Our experience at this hotel was flawless from start to finish. The room was spotlessly clean, modern, and featured an incredibly comfortable king-sized bed. Every staff member went out of their way to greet us warmly, and the central location made it incredibly easy to walk to local restaurants and shops. We also loved the fantastic variety at the complimentary breakfast and the stunning views from the rooftop pool. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!
