Very helpful, clean, pleasant, great service, and a nice location.

A wonderful hotel. Clean and well maintained. A nice small pool for a refreshing dip. We were unable to arrive on the reserved and prepaid date due to Typhoon Tino, but they rescheduled our stay, and even though it was a non-refundable booking, we still got those days back. Very helpful staff and fantastic service. Extending our stay was no problem either (because of the next typhoon). You can take a tricycle to and from the village because the access road is quite steep, but there are almost always tricycles waiting to take you at a low cost. Very good communication via the booking.com app. In short, a great experience and definitely recommended.

Comfortable

Good location close to bars and restaurants. The room is spacious and bright, the bed is comfortable enough, the cleaning is sufficient.
Sufficient breakfast with sweet and savory selections. Friendly staff.

Worst Phillipine experience

The hotel did not arrange a pickup from the port as agreed
The preserved room in the bathroom smelled bestial of Gulli.
After changing rooms: less strong smell, but still disgusting.
Breakfast coffee: not drinkable
Mouldy to the Dish
Air conditioning very very loud
Hotel pool: greasy
Roof terrace: beautiful view but uncomfortable and bar unfriendly
Room phone: dead

Perfect for a couple

Very good location with awesome sea and mountain views. The staff are very kind and accommodating. There is a breakfast buffe with good food. Rooms are clean and tidy with good wifi. You can also book excursions through the hotel or rent a motorcycle for the day. Its also walking distance from the mainstreet with all the restaurants and shops

Great hotel with pool and rooftop area in central location.

Stayed as part of a group trip.
-Great hotel with pool and rooftop areas.
- Towels able to be requested from front desk for pool which was great
- Nice breakfast each day
- Steep hill to go up to get back to the hotel from town, manageable and tuk tuks also available
