Clean but small rooms

The hotel was quite small but it made up for its cleanliness. The staff were also friendly and allowed us for an early check in. There is also McDonald's across the street if you want to eat late at night.
There was a spa which you can avail for a minimal fee until 2am I think.
There is also a restaurant downstairs but I think it's not part of the hotel.

Clean and Comfortable Rooms

*Rooms are small but well planned out.
* Clean, white beddings that smell freshly laundered. *Has a 21 to 22inch led or lcd television mounted on the wall
* Small window that is free of smudge
*Has a closet that is just right.
* Aircon at time of our stay was not cool enough even when set on high cool.
* Has toiletries available and a sprayer.
* Black out curtains which balanced out the noise of the churchbell in the early hours of the morning, as church is beside this hotel.
* no breakfast, though Mc Donald's is just across the street.
* Limited parking spaces.
* Many vendors and street children beg for money when one gets out of car after and before parking.

Good for family

Great location, cheap and it's close to McDonald's! Although they don't have their own restaurant but they also have a spa where you can have the option to have room service. There's also a Cecil's restaurant on the first floor but only opens at a certain time. The guards are friendly and will look after the car after arriving at the hotel and the receptionists are kind enough to help when it comes to asking for directions.

My stay at this hotel was nothing but excellent. The location was convenient, staff was professional, room was luxurious even for a budget hotel, and the overall experience was great!
The hotel is located at a very convenient location; Cecil's (BEST BAQUIRON EVER) is just next door, McDonald's across the street and a 24 hour convenience store nearby. Planning to go to Samal or leave the Philippine Economic Zone? The port is literally 3 blocks straight. The fancy restaurants and Roxas Boulevard is just one 10 minute taxi away too. It can't get any more convenient than this!
The staff (especially the spa therapists) were very professional and hospitable. I'd suggest getting the signature massage if you're planning to get a massage. Its a mix between swedish, Thai and ??? it was GOOD!
The room was nice and luxurious even for a budget hotel. The beds were huge and there were a lot of pillows. Air conditioner has a remote so its very convenient. The room was spacious too. The views offers you a glimpse into Davao's metro and its Chinese history.
Overall I had a great experience with my friends on our short but memorable Davao vacation and this hotel was a huge part of that experience. I'd suggest this hotel to anyone going to Davao. 11 out of 10. Would sleep here again. Happy Trip!

Highly Recommended

Stayed here for 3 days with friends. The location is quite accessible and just a few blocks away from Gaisano. Customer service is excellent. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They also have a spa service in case you needed to relax. Cecil's is just right next door, they sell the best barquirons. Would definitely go back again.
