overall the unit was nice, convenient and is worth the stay for family occasion. however, didn't anticipate Chinese speaking staff to be assisting so it was a challenge especially when the television can't be operated right away

The title of the hotel post is misleading. It’s an Air BnB under a Condo. It’s not a Hotel. I even booked the wrong location when we booked the Grab because I thought the name of the Hotel was “Bay View” it’s Grand Riviera Suites!
The following are the problems:
(1) The owner is not accommodating. The Door Card was not working. The host only assisted us after several demands and intervention of the Guard. Can you imagine coming from a long day and you are very tired but you can’t enter your room and you have to beg the owner to assist you? No basic courtesy manners. The Owner is unapologetic AF. The Owner didn’t even say Thank you upon check out and return of the Deposit.
(2) No Basic Toiletries. Only Tissue and Few Toothbrushes. Shampoo and Soap bottle are all empty. No Slippers for the area. They only provide 1 slipper for the Bathroom.
(3) The Drainage in the bathroom is so F up.
(4) Too many cockroaches! Even the Refrigerator has dead Cockroach.
(5) No TV. Only Wifi. No Induction. No Microwave. For the price of an Air BnB, these appliances should be present.
(6) Early Check out. The Standard check out should be 12 Noon!
(7) Expensive for an Air BnB because it lacks basic appliances.
(8) The Foot-Step of the Trash Bins are all broken.
Pros
(1) The unit is Big.
(2) Air conditioned is functional for the size of the Unit.
(3) Very accessible to Convenient Stores.
(4) The Cleaners are super nice but not the owner.

Partly terrible, partly nice
There are some baby cockroaches in our bathroom and kitchen… and our bed was broken. The worst thing is noisy alarm had been ringing since 2am to 4am every 20 mins which made us not able to sleep…
This hotel cannot be called as a hotel as they say in this page, it was sort of condominium, we’ve got washing machine, microwave oven, refrigerator, pot, gym and pool.

Good Accomodation buts run down and leaking, a lot of sewer smells that needs fixing, to expensive for the condition of the apartment.
