The host so nice actually I had so many request to her and she help us. The bad thing is she provide 1 blanket. The Tv not working 😔. Actually i expecting cockroach or any bugs but only ants. Thank u.

Nice at first but soon found a lot of issues. I had to search for the wifi password. There were two pots to cook with and no frying pan. Both burners were destoyed and faulty. Hood vent didnt work at all. Several roaches in kitchen and bath. Luckily there was a lizard in the room eating the roaches. Took literally 30 hours to get a text reply...we had to go knock on the door we assumed was the condo owners and even then their instructions were unclear and countered what they eventually replied with in the text. I just ignored the text as we had left a day before they sent it.
Overall it was nice at the start but unhappy with the room. Its a condo but seemed like nobody lived there...using the bare minimum for everything.
Oh and one of the towels they provided was a childs blanket.

No housekeeping. Elevator has official sign about roaches. Some electrical outlets broken.

Room is generally clean and tidy but…

The room is clean and tidy but small roaches litter around the floor of the bathroom and bed. The attending staff was accommodating but hard to reach when texted hence a call should be made to address our concerns. There are a lot of simple kitchen utensils and tools that weren’t there in spite of their rule to wash all the dishes after its use. Sadly, microwave had to be transferred near the socket of the kitchen in order to use it. The mattress of the bed needs to be replaced as it is not comfy to sleep on. All in all, the room needs general pest control.
