Nice hotel

Terrific staff, good bar and restaurant, nice rooms. Continental breakfast - No cooked breakfast, although you can have cooked eggs (I couldn't get bacon, sausages or toast). ATM in the supermarket which is under the hotel. Probably takes over 30 minutes by car to Krakow centre. Worth every penny!!

Don't be put off by looks

Built over the top of the shopping centre it looks awful but in reality is a hidden gem. Fantastic restaurant and large clean modern rooms with aircon. No road noise in spite being close to the main road from Krakow eastwards. About 20 minutes to Krakow by car and not much more to the mountains

Correct

Hôtel très correct . Propre . Salle de réception mariage ou séminaire. Se trouvant en bord de route et dans une zone industrielle. Pas de cadre verdoyant . Mac Donald à côté , station d’essence ect ect

Co najmniej o 1 * za dużo

Według mnie ten hotel zasługuje na max 2*. Położony jest blisko ruchliwej ulicy, więc nie ma mowy o otwarciu okna bez narażania sie na duży hałas (nawet w nocy) czy też wdychanie spalin samochodowych. Oświetlenie w pokoju, a szczególnie w łazience było niewystarczające. Łóżko w pokoju ( małżeńskie ?) miało materac z twardych, skrzypiących sprężyn. Kołdra była zbyt małych rozmiarów, aby 2 osoby mogły się nią dobrze przykryć. Poduszki wypełnienione wiskozą nie zapewniają skutecznego podparcia dla głowy. Telewizor lcd sprzed minimum 15 lat. Pilot do klimatyzacji nie jest wydawany razem z kluczem do pokoju, trzeba o niego poprosić. W związku z tym nie wiem czy była sprawna. Sniadanie w postaci "małego szwedzkiego stołu" wliczone w cenę za pokój, Jednak wybór dań był dosyć skromny, a pojawiające się braki były uzupełniane dopiero na wyrażne życzenie. Wygląd hotelu zarówno wewnątrz jak i na zewnątrz ok, ale recepcja i wszystkie pokoje polożone są na pierwszym piętrze. Czystość w hotelu i wewnątrz pokoi ok. Pokoje otwierane są kartami magnetycznymi, które otrzymuje się w recepcji zamiast kluczy. Obsługa była miła i sympatyczna, jednak biorąc powyzsze pod uwagę nie polecam nikomu pobytu w tym hotelu. Po jednonocnym pobycie odjeżdżałem niewyspany i niezadowolony. Uwaga ! w hotelu obowiązuje całkowity zakaz palenia - kara za jego złamanie: 200 PLN.

Tragedia śniadaniowa!

Witam! Bywam w tym hotelu od czasu do czasu..pokoje fajne duże, przestronne....cena również dobrana odpowiednio...ale niestety śniadania to tragedia...Posiłek spożywa się z zaścianku...bardzo ubogie menu....Ogólnie niestety ale niepolecam tego hotelu.
