Convenient location half-way between train station and city centre, friendly staff, clean room and great hot & cold Romanian breakfast.

The location is amazing,you can walk everywhere. The attitude of reception was kind and friendly. Yet the rooms and corridors had a weird smell, that was about not freshening the air inside. The lights were off in the corridor that you can hardly find your room number. The restaurant and the meals were OK. We could have dinners and the soups and schnitzel were delicious. But it was bad to see the same food from yesterday comes again next day, it smelled not fresh. Some of the meals were cold and not fresh in the breakfast. The coffee was awesome we liked it.

Heatwave outside but A/C was not working because it was under maintenance. Arrived on Friday and there was no staff to sort it out whole weekend because I arrived too late and they left. Breakfast was not the biggest for the stars held. The only good thing was that on my departure I needed to have breakfast about 15 mins earlier than serving times, there was no hot food but they opened the doors to facilitate that. The guy at the reception went all the way to wake me up in the morning making sure I don’t miss my train and was concerned in offering to book a taxi for me as well.

Awful! A/c allegedly under maintenance at 30 degrees outside!

Awful! A/c not working. Emailed hotel twice no
Answer. At reception I was told it’s under maintenance. It’s 30 degrees outside and at least the same inside. Sleeping with balcony door/ window open is a must, though that noisy outside one can barely sleep.

A mess of Hotel!!!

A mess of Hotel, at 20 o'clock you can no longer have dinner! This is the second time something like this has happened to me here, the first time I couldn't have dinner because they had a group of tourists and only served them! Mockery, better close the hotel
