I expected better

I stayed one night during a tour of the Basque Country. Beautiful property surrounded by greenery, although you have to take a narrow, dark road to get there. The organization needs a bit of a review because we were assigned a room that wasn't ours, and since there wasn't a reception open at all times, we had to wait several minutes to resolve the issue. The Wi-Fi was there but didn't work. Otherwise, the room was spacious and clean.

Neat and comfortable room in a quiet location.

Nice, neat room with every comfort.
Friendly communication with the landlady.
Upon arrival received by the son who gave us all the information in English.
We stayed here only 1 night and are very satisfied with the quiet location, on top of a slope, 10 minutes walk from the center. We did not use the (very neat) communal kitchen.

I recommend it 100%

Although it's just outside it's worth sleeping there. It is a beautiful house, has a kitchen with everything you need and a very comfortable lounge for guests. And the room is very cozy, very warm, and the bed comfortable. I recommend it without hesitation.

Super nice rural hotel in the middle of paradise

A great discovery BAIOLEI. From the first day I called them on the phone everything was easy.
They provide you with information over the phone and it is greatly appreciated.
The facilities are very well cared for and very tasteful. Very close to Zumaia. Getaria. Zarauz etc…
Ana charming and super professional.
The beds are very comfortable and you don't lack anything.

Baiolei an experience of tranquility and rest. Magnificent Church of San Ignacio de Loyola. It's worth a visit!

Nice and quiet place to rest and relax. Ana, excellent host and guide, directions along the route. Good weather in June. Good food in the town. Very nice locals. Gero art
