Good

We spent 4 days here with my wife after our trip to Africa, and overall it was a very pleasant experience.
The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and the room met the standards we expected from this brand.
We chose not to include breakfast, which worked well for us. The hotel breakfast was reasonably priced compared to many nearby cafés, but we also enjoyed exploring different cafés and local cuisines during our stay.
One of the biggest advantages of the hotel is its location near the Basilica of the Sagrada Familia, which is absolutely worth visiting.

Very Happy With Our Stay At Ibis Bilbao Centro

The hotel was very nice, but the staff was what made our stay exceptional. Everyone was very personable and professional. Kudos to Manager Aureue who handled a bit of a sticky situation wonderfully. I won't go into details but suffice it to say we were very pleased with the kindness we were shone.
The location was good, close to plenty of restaurants and shopping, and a fairly easy walk to the Guggenheim. As you leave the hotel, follow the street to your left down to the next block and then turn to the right - there is a terrific rooftop bar at the end of the block. The breakfast offered by the hotel looked really good, but we were distracted by the bakery across the street and didn't try it.
There is a small bar in the lobby area that seems to be well stocked and it looked like they offered hot snacks (pizza, sandwiches) there too.
The room was very clean and tidy, we did have to separate the beds ourselves, but no big deal.
It is on a pretty busy street, but we didn't have any noise issues. Overall, it was a great choice.

Well located, clean and modern hotel.
Two downsides, when we checked in we were given a room that had not been made up from the last guest.
Second issue was our key cards reset every day so each night on return we had to go back to reception to get new keys.
Staff were all very nice and helpful. Would stay again.

Convenient hotel in middle of city with typical Ibis service

5th floor is noisy due to mechanical equipment banging during the night. Great staff at reception and at breakfast, regards to Gabriel. Convenient parking in lower floors. Good location, near (10-15min walk) to Guggenheim and train station. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby (try Plata).
