VERY DIRTY CAMPSITE. DIRE ATTENTION

Lousy accommodation. Dirty, more than dirty. Dog hairs on the bungalow couch. As soon as we arrive we find the bungalow very dirty, with the covers of sofa shattered, dog hair, the kitchen... I just don't know where to start. A stay that costs two nights 300 euros, does not offer towels or indicate, nor kitchen towels, nor soap for dishes. The dishes had hair, the kitchen had clothes attached. The truth is, we left one night earlier because it felt bad. At 1 o'clock in the morning the heating stopped working, we have had a terrible cold. Nobody picks up your phone. I realized later calling from another phone that what they are not interested in is solving anything, because they picked up my phone the first time

Crap site

€32 euros, expensive for no good reason, tiny pitch tucked away for our campervan next to toilets, tree roots, toilets dreadful (oil rig vibe going on, clearly knocked up by DIYer), not cleaned for days, bins not emptied, taking the piss really, nothing open, no facility to get bread even. Not really for touring vans but relying on permanent/seasonal caravaners. Shame because a hilltop, quiet location. Good for walks to the 7 Gorgs, local village of Campdevnol has shops and bars. Cannot possibly recommend.

Si quieres tranquilidad busca otro càmping

Tienen instalado un clan en el centre del càmping que les permiten hacer el ruido que quieran. Altavoz, con caraoque, bingo o lo que les de la gana, con una inacción y permísividad por parte del personal del càmping impresionante.
Cuando té quejas te explican mil històrias de que los estan poniendo a raya, un dia tras otro el mismo incivismo. Imposible disfrutar de una tarde tranquila.
Muy mala gestion.

Pedimos la hoja de reclamación.

No lo recomiendo si se va con niños. En la piscina no les dejan jugar, llamadas constantes de atención por parte del socorrista i de la trabajadora del bar. No soportan que los niños griten i se tiren agua, etc, lo normal de los niños en una piscina. Uno de los días el socorrista tenia la mano vendada, cuando debería estar de baja.

No es lo que esperaba

Nos hemos alojado del viernes al domingo.
Cómo camping que se permiten mascotas bien, pero no avisaron que todo el cercado del camping de la piscina a la montaña es electrificada y mal vallado. Nuestro perro se hizo una herida en el costado por un alambre suelto.
El bungalow pese a ser grande, que está bien, estaba dejado y los enseres rotos y sucios. Sillas rotas, falta material de cocina, lavabo reformado, pero con todos los cables por fuera, no hay mosquiteras y las ventanas los pestillos rotos.
En el camping en general faltan basuras, ya que no hay ni un solo contenedor salvo a la entrada del camino de abajo.
Todo el camping está en reforma, o estuvo en reforma en su momento, ya que se veía que no reforma ban desde hace mucho.
Materiales de obra dejados por todos lados y recholas rotas por el camino...
Al decírselo al recepcionista su repuesta fue ya avisaremos, pero nos da que ni de coña lo hará ya que no tomó ni nota....
Dentro de lo que cabe buen fin de semana, pero ni de coña repetiremos.
