Having a great time in Madrid

In the heart of Madrid, equidistant from all the places to visit, an entrance covered in plants invites us in. Welcoming environment and design between sophisticated and fun. Very kind and helpful staff, ready to be attentive to any need. They assigned us a nice spacious room with king beds and a nice bathroom. Nespresso and all the amenities that can make the stay pleasant. Sleeping in silence....what more could you expect? Gracias!

Great hotel definitely recommend

Couldn’t have found a more perfect hotel, the location is excellent, lots of shops… but not on the huge main Gran Via, yet so close by, could walk there. The breakfast is free and excellent, delicious snd much to choose from or even have eggs made to order, and the breakfast serves were delightful!. The rooms area nice sizes and very clean. Bathroom are a nice size, shower a little small. Lots of life outside and found an excellent restaurant just a minute away with the menu (multiple courses) for 30 euros,

Do not stay in this hotel.

An employee stole two small silver pins off my jacket which was hanging in my closet in my room. I suggest you avoid this hotel.

The hotel was in a fabulous location, the staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were well kept clean. I will definitely stay here again.

Excellent choice for visiting Madrid

Excellent choice! Location- in the center of everything! Atmosphere: an amazing boutique hotel! Breakfast: maybe the best I have experienced so far! Rooms: spacy, extra clean and the bathroom is perfect! Personnel: Polite , extremely helpful and professional! For what they offer is definitely value for money choice
