My mates and I spent a week there about a year ago and we just went back again. Its honestly pretty good. Located in a very spanish area of madrid 2 bars right outside the door and 5 more just around the corner!
They say its also very close to the centre (10min walk to Sol/Gran Via), but we think its location should be considered centre, given the amount of shops and restaurants there are, to be fair most of madrid is like that.
Our room was spacious enough for all our backpacks and had air conditioning. Can't ask for more. also wifi service was shockingly good for a hostel!
The owner is lovely too made us feel at home both trips, and always had kind words for us. She also gave us tips on where to go in madrid to see real spanish places and not just touristic sites.
Will be back very soon!

Not very nice

To book as a last option or out of desperation and only one night. The place is not very nice. Very dirty and left. Mind you, it has smartv and wifi. And the perfect location! Very old hostel with no elevator. You have to leave €5 bail for taking the keys and then when you leave there is no one to deliver and have the bail returned.

Tem uma boa localização, No entanto o quarto e o próprio hostel não foi dos melhores onde já fiquei. Com tudo isto, recomendo mas chamo a atenção para que não vão com espectativas muito elevadas! Mesmo em frente têm um café com bom pequeno-almoço!

Caro, habitaciones anticuadas, pequeñas, mobiliario descuidado, zona muy ruidosa y poco fiable, realmente cutre.
La limpieza deficiente, el baño era compartido y había un lavabo y una bañera en la habitación al lado de la cama, hay mejores opciones por menos dinero

Todo bien

Las habitaciones podían ser un poco más grandes. Los baños son algo cutres porque están sacados de armarios y la verdad que podía tener un par de habitaciones menos y estar un poco mejor el resto. Pero los dueños muy muy agradables y muy amables, ya hemos ido dos años y volveremos
