Peaceful boutique hotel

The hotel is in quite a rural/rustic location, very peaceful with beautiful views. It is very tastefully decorated throughout, and the pool and gardens are beautiful. The room was lovely, good size, lovely outdoor seating area my only criticism would be the addition of a coffee machine would have been nice and is quite standard these days in nice hotels.
The breakfast was lovely, lots of choice and everything looked very fresh. We had dinner at the hotel twice, all the food we had was delicious as was the Wine and the service was excellent. The main issue for us was that the hotel doesn’t serve lunch and because the hotel is quite remote and we didn’t have a car getting into the village was a problem, the walk although probably only 10 -15 minutes, is quite dangerous as it’s down the main road and there isn’t any footpath, it’s quite a steep Hill walking back so realistically not possible in the midday sun, I think the addition of a small, basic lunch menu is essential here to be honest, we could’ve happily chilled at hotel all day but wasn’t possible for this reason.
All the staff were lovely especially the lady were worked in the afternoon/evening service drinks, dinner etc.
Agua Amarga is lovely, quaint, bustling mainly with Spanish people. Lots of places to eat & drink. Nice beach &
Shops.

Rural hotel seamlessly integrated with surroundings

We were at the May Bridge. To disconnect and we really liked it. Of the best hotels we've ever been to.
All the details are taken care of to the utmost detail: the decoration of the rooms and reception, the ambient music on the estate, the olive oil of the salads, the pool. The architecture and decoration of the hotel are perfectly integrated with the natural landscape of Cabo de Gata.
The rooms have a small private terrace with comfortable armchairs and views of the Cape silhouette and the sea. Ideal for enjoying the silence and sounds of nature.
Essential to dine on the reception terrace and enjoy the sunset. Simple and exquisite dishes, made with quality and local products. We congratulate the cook.
Breakfast with a varied and quality buffet is also noteworthy: jams, sausages from the grounds, homemade pastries, coffee, teas, etc. It is possible to order grilled eggs, scrambled or in tortilla, bacon.
The pool is very nice. Marble. It's not the typical blue one.

Extraordinarily fine venue!

We did not stay at this hotel, but many family members have been there for a long weekend of wedding festivities. The rooms are gorgeous, the public areas serenely beautiful, and the owner, her husband, and staff are lovely people. Easy access to Agua Amarga (2-3 minutes away) and Carboneras (15 minutes away). It was the PERFECT place for a beautiful wedding with family and friends. (There was nothing "serene" about the after celebrations, but the suites were quiet, regardless.) My husband and I have stayed in two other hotels in the area over the past few years. We will definitely be booking here the next time.

There's nothing like it in the surrounding area.

It's a hit. Fantastic this new luxury rural hotel initiative. It is a dream inside the Cabo de Gata Natural Park. Few rooms, exclusivity and attention. They made us feel at home and behaved very well with us. We wish them well.

Place that catches

My partner and I were looking for a quiet place to spend a few days disconnecting, and we could not get more right staying at this hotel that mixes nature and comfort accompanied by exquisite decoration. We can't put up any punches. Cleanliness and impeccable amenities. We highlighted the staff of 10, especially Lucas, who at all times made our stay easier by providing us with information about places to visit and even restaurants that we could not stop trying in the area, and we were delighted. A place we'll definitely go back to.

Very good location
