This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the apartments are located on the first floor with no lift access. Housekeeping service is offered every 7 days. Cleaning service is not included. Long stays include a complete cleaning service with change of towels and bed linen every 3 days. Additional cleaning fee is EUR 10 per day. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 25 per night applies. Guests arriving will receive check-in instructions before arrival.
