NEFARIOUS

Travel with IMSERSO for 3 nights. Very old and dirty hotel. They should close it or make a comprehensive reform.
The wc lid was moving, the floor dirty...
Poor quality breakfast, very scarce dinner and rigid schedule.
I do not recommend it at all although it is well located.

Horrific. Not to come back

I went to this hotel with the Imserso Social Tourism trips, and it was a real disaster. I do not understand how the Avoris company or whoever has to inspect the hotels that benefit from the trips of the Imserso consider that hotels of this category are of sufficient quality for the purpose they represent. It's more than a three-star hotel, a bad boarding house. The condition of the hotel is regrettable, the food is scarce to the point that did not arrive on the last day for all of us who stayed, we were all the imserso. the bad mattresses, the furniture of the accountme, the floors with moistening in the linen. Anyway, I advise you to change it if you are in time.

The worst hotel I remember.

I don't remember a worse hotel in my life. I don't understand how IMSERSO continues to have this hotel on offer. Scarce and poor breakfasts and dinners. Dinners at fixed times. If you get a little careless, you run out of dinner. Ceiling plates of the falling toilet, wardrobe broken and full of paint stains, bed super hard, could not sleep. Low doors opened by the moisture of the mop. Plugs missing. I had to senseplug in the TV to charge my phone. The toilet loose and moving. A dangerous plug to a span of the toilet plugging in a heater that did not work and that down in years that did not clean. Enfin. The worst hotel of my life. I read opinions and complaints similar to mine, IMSERSO does not know and to top it off it has three stars. AMAZING!!!
