This hotel is about 5 min walk from Taichung station. It is a boutique hotel without elevator and they don't have bell service.If you have a big suitcase, you have to carry it yourself. I was arranged the room on the top floor(5th floor) and unluckily, there was a storm during my trip in Taichung. It rained whole day and water leaking from the roof towards the floor, it was very wet and slippery.Hotel provided toilettries and compliment water daily. However, the hotel facilities was very old, the public toilet door didn't lock properly.The lights in the hallway were on all day and night.There was no curtain in the room so I was unable to sleep with brightness.
The staffs didn't speak much English but they are very kind and willing to help.

Noisy

Stayed at a double room with city view and it was nice to see busy street but because it is a vintage building, the windows glasses are very thin. You can hear the noise from streets and nearby construction non-stop. The ear plug they provided certainly helped, but not protected. Otherwise, it is a nice budget hotel as the location is very convenient and staff is friendly. You will get breakfast coupons for a stand across from the street (take-away only). Note that there is no lift in this building.

역사적인 건물

미야하라 아이스크림(궁원안과) 바로 옆 건물입니다. 아주 오래된 건물을 숙박업소로 개조해서 쓰는 데라 역사 속에서 숙박하는 느낌입니다. 오래된 건물이라 엘리베이터가 없습니다. (가파른 나무계단을 걸어다니는 게 나름대로 재밌기는 합니다.) 전반적인 인테리어는 역사성도 살리고 깔끔해서 괜찮은 인상을 주었습니다. 2인실 도미토리는 제가 지금까지 묵어본 숙소들을 모두 통틀어 가장 좁았습니다. 원래 1인실로 쓰는 아주 작은 방에 1인 침대 대신 2층침대가 놓여 있습니다. 창문은 열 생각도 할 수 없는 구조여서 에어콘을 틀어야 했는데 에어콘에서 오래된 쿰쿰한 냄새가 나서 좀 고역이었습니다. 에어콘 바람만 좀 상쾌했으면 평점 4점이라도 줬겠지만 수면의 질에 결정적인 영향을 미쳤기 때문에 '보통' 이상으로는 평점을 줄 수가 없네요. 직원들은 친절했습니다.

何かと便利な立地

台中駅や宮原眼科に近いところにあるレトロ風のホテルです。ホテル内は昔の木造小学校のような感じでした。泊まった部屋はその保健室の一角のような感じがしました。朝はクーポンが渡され、ホテル向いの店でオーダーするシステムでした。

駅近の宿

台中駅より近い宿。有名な宮原眼科の近くの立地。階段のみなので大きな荷物のある人は大変かも知れない。建物は古いが部屋は快適であった。共用のシャワールームはトイレと一体型で湯の勢いは弱かった。特段特徴のある宿ではなかったが、個室タイプでは値段は安かった。
