What a fantastic hotel

Hotel is Amazing
Location staff all fantastic.
Reception always willing to help. Room cleaned everyday and does a very good job

Everything was great, but I am missing important amenities like an umbrella, free coffee in the room, and better quality towels as they were provided by this hotel in previous years.

Good location, clean facility and rooms - customer service could be improved.

This is my second time staying at this facility. Like before, the property is always clean, the room (executive suite) is spacious and the bed is comfortable. I did notice a little declinein customer service this trip. For instance, laundry through the hotel took several days, front desk service wa ok - nothing great. The doorman were always excellent, and my maid was a sweetheart! The location is great, family mart just to the left out of the driveway, laundry, restaurants and fruit market to the right with a money exchange right acrss the street. Easy acces to Soi Buakhao, Soi 7 2nd and beach roads. Will stay again, but I do hoe the cistomer service improves to what it once was.
