i would recommend it for anyone willing to have a night out its such an amazing place with hospitality at its best nice dishes cool environment for romantic dinners. for any one who would wish to have a full blast for a night out please don't hesitate

spoiled my cloths

I stayed at this hotel had to switch room 3 times
broken a/c then broken bath no hot water
ordered baked chicken and it smell so bad I could not eat it
I ask them to refund the money they refused
then I dropped some cloths to be cleaned they ruined my cloths
put bleach or some chemicals on them
then returned them to my room still wet and smelling like smoke
I ask them to replace my cloths they refused
these people do not care about there guest

Budget hotel near Makerere

I stayed one night at this place. I was looking for a calm place little bit far from the center. But to get there you need to pass through traffic jam. I took the deluxe room for less than 30 USD. Breakfast is very simple and if you order lunch it takes more than 1 hour. The room was just right and clean. No AC but was not needed. It seems most people who stay there take no breakfast.

Great price, excellent service

I stayed at the J-Frigh for a few days in January when I went to visit my sponsored child through Compassion International. My flight arrived at 3:30 am in Entebbe, and just as promised, Jasper and Henry were there at the airport waiting for me. They carried my luggage up the stairs to my nice clean room where I was allowed to get settled and go to sleep and deal with the check in process later.
The staff was always very helpful, arranging transportation for me when I needed to go somewhere. The room had air conditioning as well as a nice balcony and breakfast was included in the price of the room. I was happy to discover that if I slept with the AC on, I didn't have to use the mosquito netting. Internet, while free, was spotty and a bit unreliable. The TV in my room did not work which for me was no big deal. The phone worked for the front desk to call me, but not for me to call out. The atmosphere was very laid back. The staff keeps the rooms and common areas very clean.
On my last day I was able to hire Henry, the hotel driver to take me to Jinja, the source of the Nile before taking me to the airport. I'm happy I was able to see that.
