Someone on site would be helpful. Be warned, you have to ask for the tea tray to be refreshed. We missed this detail, so after a day out no tea bags or milk, no-one on site. Number provided was for urgent matters only.
Broken toilet seat, damp walls.
Two hot tubs advertised, both not functioning.
Very jaded rooms. Bird poo all over the garden furniture.

Worst night ever in “Deluxe” room at Globe Angle!

Having put “hotel” and “5 Star” as filters on Booking.Com and paying £160 for one night, we were expecting a decent experience
We arrived at 5.35. We were surprised to find this was not the 5* Hotel we had been expecting or indeed a hotel at all. The doors were locked and only continuous ringing on the bell for some time prompted opening of the door. This person proved to be a fellow guest from Germany!
We rang the three numbers in the window and got an answerphone on each. Eventually, after about 40 minutes we were phoned by the housekeeper who told us our room number which was open and that we’d find the key inside. We felt this was a strange arrangement for a deluxe room!
Room was not even comfortable! Brown scratched furniture, very lumpy bed and linen that smelt musty. The bathroom fittings were modern but there was clearly a serious damp problem on the outside wall which had not been properly dealt with, merely painted over resulting in bubbled plaster! The large window was not frosted and had no blind only net curtains . Little privacy- especially with the light on.
Only one hand towel was provided. As a result of a further phone call we were directed to visit another bedroom which did yield 2 bath towels. This room was much like ours except with two single beds instead of a double. The towels smelt like the sheets!
We spent an uncomfortable night!
Breakfast had a good choice though the sausage was poor quality and the scrambled eggs and hash brown were overdone. Plenty of good coffee and toast and a friendly server.
Housekeeper was apologetic but the whole thing more resembled a hostel than the 5* experience we had paid for.
Not sure what Booking.com were thinking of describing it as 5* and charging accordingly!

What a nice find off the beaten path.

Sally made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and comfortable. The only B&B that I’ve come across that has a lift.
Breakfast was very good with choices you can make from a menu.
Snacks and drinks are available using an honor system. A couple of restaurants are within walking distance. They have their own car park.

Epic breakfast!!

We stayed at the Globe recently. It is a beautiful property in one of our favourite places. Our room was extremly clean and comfortable. Would also like to say thank you to Caz who made us an outstanding breakfast. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a stay in this beautiful part of Pembrokeshire

Flies ruined my stay

I found the hotel charming and the rooms looked nice. But I had a big problem with flies in my room. There were tons of dead flies on the ground and lots of live flies too. They buzzed me at night and when I woke up there were dead ones in my bed! It really ruined my stay.

Very good location
