As far as being pet friendly it was not. Sign at front desk stating no pets. Air conditioning was fine .

I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and overall quality of this hotel. When we arrived, the room was clearly not cleaned properly. The sink had hair in it, the bed had hair as well, and the floor was dirty. The towels and oversized pillowcases looked very dingy and did not appear clean. We actually had to go to the front desk and ask for a broom so we could sweep the floor ourselves, which should never be necessary at any hotel.
Although the hotel advertises a no-smoking policy, the hallways were filled with smoke and the smell eventually started seeping into our room. That made the stay even more uncomfortable.
The staff was also not very friendly or welcoming. I can tell this may be a family-owned hotel, but the cleaning standards and overall service need serious improvement.
For the price we paid over $350 for two nights the quality of the room and the experience was very disappointing. Unfortunately, based on this stay, I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to cleanliness and guest service.

I didn't like the way the property was run. we attended an event in Ruston and when we got back to our room nobody had cleaned the room and when we asked for towels after showering, we were told to leave the dirty towels in the hallway and someone would bring us some cleans. We waited for and hour and a half and still no towels. I had to ask a maintenance man to please get us some fresh towels. The breakfast in the morning, the coffee pot was broken with no replacement. The food was picked over with barely anything left. This was our first visit to Quality Inn and our LAST. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The room was neat but the walls and ceiling were dirty , the smell was musty I had the room booked for 2 nights but I couldn’t stay the 2nd night. I couldn’t sleep the first night because all I did was itch from whatever was either in the bed or may have been what the washed the sheets in !!! When I returned the 2nd afternoon they didn’t clean the room or even make the bed. Housekeeping if they even have it is really bad !!! When I stayed at the days Inn they at least vacuumed and made the bed every day !! I would not recommend this place.

Pool was empty, breakfast food ran out quick with not a lot of options, room keys kept disconnecting and had to be rekeyed multiple times.
