Very accomodating. I had a good stay.

Booked a room last minute after getting stuck in Punta del Este. I arrived around 9PM and was greeted at desk by the owner who luckily for me he speaks English. It's a family business. They were very accomodating. I am from the UK and had no charger for local plug. The guy at the reception who stayed overnight, was very friendly. He lend me a charger. I also had a delicious breakfast the day after.

The city and its extraordinary surroundings but for 100 dollars a day you expect more space and comfort.

Poor value for money, best a very good location but the piece and bathroom very small and all narrow (12, not 14 square meters) and a modest breakfast. The first day we had ants in the piece and we were 2 days out of the 5 with low water pressure. Bethlehem, the owner with her husband, very kind.

Good option in Punta

A comfortable place, excellent location between the brave and mansa beaches and attended with the warmth of its owners. Nice room with balcony and street view. Very good and varied breakfast. Good price/quality equation. Upon returning to Punta del Este I would choose it again.

Great service, close to the beaches

The check in was easy, service was very friendly and everyone was bilingual and spoke very good English in addition to Spanish. The hotel was clean with a good free breakfast, great coffee. There were some nice little touches, for example they have a hose to wash your feet off after the beach, and they let us store our bags behind the front desk for the day after we had checked out! We would definitely stay there again and recommend it highly. Great value, great service.

Overpriced hotel

The staff is friendly but the value for the hotel has much to be desired. I have no idea how the hotel post rates so high when the town was pretty empty. I would rate this hotel higher if the price was appropriate. The hotel itself is pretty small and old and the fridge looked to be 30 years old. The rooms seem to be more like jail cells then actual hotel rooms.
The hotel staff tried to be friendly but they require the key when you leave and come back.
Stay away from this hotel and punta del este in general as they are the epidemy of a tourist trap gone wrong. It is not a place for Americans, I can recommend many places to visit before Uruguay or Punta De Este.
