AAA+ — Everything You’d Hope For.

AAA+. Could not fault our stay. Great location, plenty of local shops, markets and restaurants nearby. Staff were very accommodating, every interaction was met with a smile. Lots of small personal touches that made the stay extra special.
Great breakfast selection. You won’t be disappointed.

Lost my shades,

I have lost in my shades in reception and they are not able to show the CCTV footage as well. They think they are saying that we have checked the CCTV footage the shades of with you, but I am asking that please show me the shades from CCTV footage, but they are not able to show me and not replying at all, and just changing the time and dates that you can come tomorrow day after tomorrow. This is not a way
According to my photo, you can say that at 10:47 PM, my sheets were on my lap.

I have experience wonderful and legendary service being expectations from Staff Mr Tai during my Breakfast in Pullman Saigon.
He have show beyond his service and service of excellence which delighted my girlfriend and I. He brighten our day especially breakfast is the start of the Day. Thank you Mr Tai
