Apartment had all the usual modern facilities.
Comfortable bed with good bedding & linen.
The pool is not heated which is a bit of a shame.
The complex is getting a little tired and could do with a freshen up, paint wise. Being on the Main Street, there is plenty of road noise, especially on the balcony.
Handy to town & the Resturants .

Excellent as always.

My husband and I stayed at Sevan over the Christmas week and as usual, everything was just great. Our apartment was well maintained and equipped with everything we needed. We have had multiple visits to Sevan and I we haven't had a bad experience yet.
Our view was superb and it certainly melted away the stresses of the year.
Special thanks to Suzanne who looked after us so well, we really appreciate it.
Hopefully we will be back again soon.

Enjoyable family stay in well maintained apartments

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Reception staff were friendly and the rooms were well appointed and plenty of room for a family with teens.
Kitchen was well equipped (but you will need to bring all your condiments including salt and pepper) and laundry was extremely helpful. Undercover parking is provided for one car.
Location was great. 5 minute walk to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops.
We loved the relaxed atmosphere of this location and will return when we are next at Forster.
