The hotel is in a good spot close to Murray Street Mall, and two train stations (I recommend Perth Central over Mciver). The rooms are what I expect from a three star hotel, and it is very clean. Staff were friendly when I needed to engage them. No iron in the room, but there's a laundry room on Level 4 and if needed they will bring one to your room. Recommended.

Great location and allows us to explore the CBD area on foot. Staff were amazing from the point of us arriving at the hotel. They were all so attentive and genuinely sweet to the kids. Highly recommend, thank you team for such a pleasant stay!

Parking expensive and no eating facilities. Plenty around though. Small rooms but clean and updated

Perth CBD

Location is great, atmosphere is lovely. Petite room is good but note no storage. Bathroom dates, no aircon but can cast your phone to the tv which is nice. Staff super helpful and kind. Easy access to CAT buses

Hi Koukli,
Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We’re delighted you enjoyed our great location, lovely atmosphere, and friendly, helpful team.
Regarding the air conditioning, our centralised system operates seasonally and is set to heating and fan mode during the cooler months, so cooling is not available. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. We also appreciate your comments regarding storage, the bathroom, and cleanliness, and hope to welcome you back again soon!

Good value for money

The hotel is just a short walk from all public transport and eatery. The room was basic but clean, quiet and decent enough for most travelers. Skin moisturizer was provided in the bathroom, a surprise for me. Counter staff, Melissa was friendly during my check-in and willing to share some tips about the surroundings. The only negative point could be the climbing step, which was too high into the bathroom, a hazard for elderly. Good value for money hotel, recommended.
