Perfect stay for Spa Francorchamps

Perfect location for the race track, great food in the restaurant , comfortable room and an excellent bar man called Youssef !

Awful

Disgusting experience at Radisson Blu Balmoral. Checked a mother with a 1-year-old child into a filthy, uncleaned room after an 8-hour drive. Denied basic food for a toddler at breakfast because 'there is no chef'. Manager offered free drinks as a solution and called me entitled. Absolute nightmare for €800, feels like a €50 motel.

The hotel was lovely and the staff friendly and helpful. The only negative is that the bathroom 'door' was a piece of frosted glass that provided no meaningful privacy, why?
Otherwise a great find and very good for the money.

A superb hotel in a beautiful location

The hotel is modern, well maintained, with well decorated clean rooms.
It's in a location that is both beautiful and isolated, so noise is not a concern.
The hotel sits outside the town centre and requires a 5-10' drive to get there. Close enough that it's not an issue.
The staff were kind and helpful. The room comfortable. The spa relaxing.
Issues were very minor. The hammam was out of commission one morning, but worked the rest of the time. The gym is functional, no more.
But as far as the core service, the rooms, the service and our stay were concerned, all were excellent and restorative. I would happily stay there again.

However, we are sorry for the temporary issue with the hammam. Our wellness centre is normally available daily from 8 am to 10 pm, and we are happy that this was quickly rectified. We also note your thoughts on the fitness room and we appreciate you sharing that feedback.
Nonetheless, we are pleased that the peaceful forest setting added to your restful stay and that our location, just a short drive from Spa, suited your plans.

Really gotten worse, not recommended

The wellness area was extremely unclean. Charging 10 euros for parking now is outrageous. Hotel is located in the outskirts and not in the center, it used to be free. For me as a regular guest, a reason not to choose this hotel anymore. Room was loud due to noise from the terrace, plus windows partly unable to be opened because they were defective.
