Asked for a quiet room, was close to lobby where there is party every night. Called desked at 11:30pm to ask if can request silents and was told to wait another 30 minutes as they were not done eating!! Day after it was kids running and playing on first floor, front desk told them to stop only at 10pm. Lots of dust in room, shower not working (couldnt wash hair), Telephone in room not working so couldnt call front desk. No cold water in lobby accessible to fill bottles. Terrible experience

The room was okay. Did find hairs in the ice bucket and someones earring back in the bathroom. The room its self was okay. The only issue was the air conditioner was very lound making it hard to sleep.
The elevator was very small only holds about 4 people. The breakfast was ypur standard buffet breakfast.

Bathroom not clean in the least. No towels provided in the pool area so you need to use the room supply, but trying to get more towels was like pulling teeth, I had to ask 3 separate times over a few hours. Garbage does not get emptied during your stay, nor any other service provided - 2 signs at desk in small font saying they would do every 2 or 3 days. TV was challenging to operate and minimal cable options. “Hot breakfast” was lukewarm but not terrible if reheated. Front desk staff were pleasant enough but housekeeping was abysmal.

Did not use any of the amenities offered at the hotel just sleeping. Came in late at night, felt safe in the area. It was a clean room other than the ladies indie’s stuffed under the chair (lol) and had the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on at a hotel in my life!! It was a great choice for our trip.
