We stay here regularly when we're in Edmonton for concerts as it's a 25 minute walk to and from Commonwealth Stadium. Staff have always been very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are also very nice!!

Terrible service, lack of security and no accountability from management. While in the secured, paid for (!) parking my truck was broken into and a number of personal items stolen. A manager came and looked, the took some pictures. When I checked out I asked to speak to a manager, so I could get an update. I had asked for one the previous day and was told it was under review. Before I left I was told all the managers were in a meeting. I did finally get a call about n hour later, to be told, the only person with access to the cameras and footage wouldnt be until Thursday afternoon, I would get a call then. A chain this size and a hotel if this caliber should have a few managers that are capable of handling issues. Its a good thing it was only a few hundred dollars worth of personal items and not been assaulted by the many homeless around the hotel. Super disappointed, I paid more and i expected more. Even after telling me I had to be wait to get some basic answers, they had the balls to charge me for the parking still..

The hotel is nice enough. The neighbourhood around is not exactly "hopping", but it is close to the river valley. Parking is expensive, and the entrance is quite tight. The shampoo and conditioner bottles in our room were empty.

The bar had no Caesars or Cosmopolitans. Out of triple sec (in Edmonton!) we were told. But the lady in the breakfast restaurant was awesome, front desk staff was nice and the room was very spacious and clean.

Very nice hotel, lobby a little small but very nice, we were there for ACDC concert as a lot of people so had to wait in line to check in as online check in did not work for some reason, but 3 agents worked hard and we were checked in in 15-20 min, look like they were prepared which is awesome. Hotel is nice and clean, its a little confusing that you have to switch the lift at the reception level to get to your room. The restaurant with a terrace is beautiful, we did not have time to eat there but it looked very nice. Room and the bathroom were huge.
