Overpriced
We arrived into Pucon without any accommodation organized, as we were just passing through for one night. The tourist information office recommended this place and it sounded OK, although at 99,000 CLP, perhaps a bit on the expensive side.
On arrival, there were building works going on - parts are still under construction, while other parts are receiving maintenance. We were shown to the accommodation available, more like an apartment than a cabin.
It was basic, not luxurious in any way. There's nothing inherently wrong with that of course, but the price seemed a bit high for the level of luxury on. Offer. Getting to the bedrooms upstairs was achieved by perilously steep, narrow stairs which squeaked loudly.
After we'd installed ourselves, we discovered that there were no towels provided. This is a curious thing that is surprisingly common in Chile and I am still not accustomed to. Certainly not when paying this amount of money. Reception gave us towels when requested (actually, "loaned" was the word used), however I was made to feel like an idiot for not knowing this.
Sleep quality was quite good, with a comfortable enough bed, although it was just normal double bed size.
What did bother us enormously was that the next morning, some fool tradesman began hammering on the walls adjacent to our apartment at 8.30AM. He was removing the tiles on the wall and apparently that was the time when we should be awake. No sleep-in possible and no care at all.
Breakfast was not included in the price.
There were two pools available, one heated, but we didn't make use of them. Presumably they are why the price is so high. If you have no interest in the pools, I suggest you will find better value elsewhere.

Mal servicio y demasiado desiqulibro entre calidad y precio
El complejo en si tiene cosas buenas y otras muy malas, las buenas es que tiene dos piscinas al aire libre y una temperada es lo rescatable del lugar, en cuanto a las cosas que debe mejorar es que las habitaciones son para una persona (máximo dos) , no las recomiendo para ir con niños, no había aire acondicionado, el TV cable funcionaba muy mal, el televisor era demasiado antiguo y se veían solo rayas, WiFi de mala de mala señal que no funciona, nunca fuimos por desayuno (que estaba incluido) por temas de aforo, por lo que deberían llevar a las habitaciones para impedir contagios, no había servicio de aseo en la habitación, tampoco elementos de aseo para barrer uno mismo, había solo un pequeño jabón y un frasquito muy pequeño de shampoo por lo que tuvimos que comprar esos elementos, no había lugar para guardar bicicletas y tampoco nos ofrecieron actividades en el lugar, muy despreocupados del servicio, nunca recibi ayuda para subir mis bolsos al segundo piso desde el estacionamiento que quedaba lejos y menos una preocupación por la estadía, no vuelvo al lugar y no lo recomiendo para nada. El precio está demasiado desequilibrado con lo que se se ofrece, nos fuimos antes de completar la estadía...

Caro y malo
Fui con mi marido y mis 2 niñas de 7 y 2 años... Para empezar el desayuno fueron 4 quesos 4 jamones y pan.. Creo que para lo que uno paga en estadía debería ser mucho mejor... No es recomendable ir con niños.. Es un lugar para descansar por ende no puedes meter bulla... Las piezas llenas de moscas,y no tenía confort, ni jabón... Quede muy desilucionada para todo lo que pagamos.. Fueron 160.000 por noche... Mal mal mal

Muy Mala Experiencia
El costo/calidad del lugar está muy por debajo de la realidad. De lo peor de Pucón, las cabañas no funcionan, el lugar carece de áreas de esparcimiento ya que está todo construido. Lo único rescatable es la piscina caliente, pero tampoco es termal.
