房间干净卫生，老板热情，停车方便还免费，店家会提前打电话告知到店路线，吃饭也挺方便，到西湖也不远，老板还给免费升级了房间，下次还住这里。

去西湖游玩千万别住民宿！！千万别住民宿！！这个民宿是在交通管制区的，车子不让进，打车也打不到，交通特别不方便，坐公交得走很远的路才能坐到，这里还写着免费停车，你开车过来根本进不去，要在外面公共路边停一天，交100多的停车费，坑死了！
这个民宿老板是很不负责的，提前跟他说我要开车来，明知有单双号限行，跟我说没事的，不限行，必须要有西湖通，也没跟我说，可能就是说了我就不会定他家了，这就是最坑的地方。他就是把你坑过来。这家民宿是定了钱退不了的。
再说说民宿的住宿问题，网速很差，电视就是摆设，根本看不了，隔音也不好，因为这个民宿是一个房子隔了好多个小房间，所以游客进进出出声音挺大的，早上很早会被吵醒。民宿周边也没啥吃的，我都是点的外卖，很不方便，劝诫各位还是定在地铁旁或者是那种连锁酒店，至少交通方便，吃饭方便，但是这个民宿一个都不占。
西湖是美的，但是这次游玩就因为我定在了这个民宿，感觉被坑了，心情分直接不及格

一次满意的出行，房间干净卫生设施也挺齐全的，没什么可挑剔的。前台的工作人员面带微笑服务热情，主要是方便，距离北高峰近步行就能到。
