Great location. Walking distance ti everything ( food, drinks, beaches, tours). Friendly staff, clean room and quiet. As a solo traveler, my room was small ( but i dont require much, hot shower, comgirtable bed, fresh towels.

Unfortunately no pleasant overnight stay

Unfortunately no pleasant experience at this hotel. Park your car 8 minutes away and walk with your luggage.
Check-in was a bit rough, and check-out was friendly but without asking if the stay was enjoyable.
The room is very small for the 265 euros, the air conditioning was so noisy that it had to be turned off, so I slept very hot.
The refrigerator was making a lot of noise so I also turned it off.
The mattress protector was full of hairs, dead bugs? And spots.
Mold in the bathroom on the showerhead and shower tray edge.
The atmosphere of the beautiful building and restaurant is not reflected at all in the furniture in the hotel room. Very dated and simple.
So unfortunately no good night's sleep. Breakfast was a bit messy and you can choose from the menu. Both were quite messy in the stomach afterwards. What a friendly waiter.
Our experience in another hotel Royal suites Split was a great experience.

Disappointing

Upon our arrival, we had to wait about 7 minutes before a receptionist got up from the terrace to greet us, which gives an uninviting first impression. In my children's room, an unpleasant odor, similar to that of a dead animal, emanated from the ventilation, which was unacceptable. Regarding breakfast, although included in the reservation, it is not served as a buffet. We were only allowed to choose one option from the menu, which is disappointing. The croissants were undercooked and the eggs Benedict left something to be desired, having an industrial taste. This requires a reevaluation of the recipe by the chef. The only positive point of our stay was the location of the establishment, which is ideally situated. However, the problems encountered left us with a bitter taste.

Horrible, disgusting hotel. Fraudulent charges.

The dirtiest and smallest room. Absolutely horrible stench. Disgusting sheets. The front desk people are fine, but the female manager (or maybe she lied and said she was the manager - skinny with long brown hair, maybe called Betty or Betti) was extremely rude and disrespectful. She should be fired immediately. They also have yet to refund my money and double charged my card. They are thieves and will fraudulently keep your money. Stay away.

I received an early check in which was very welcome. The room was ready and very comfortable due to the air con being on. It had a mini bar. The interior bar was very cool too, and the breakfast outside on the Riva was excellent and very generous.
