Nice hotel in the middle of the slopes

I had a great time!
Great room very clean quiet.
The staff is lovely and the value for money for me is unbeatable at Auron
Breakfast is pantagruelic with quality pastries.
I will be back with pleasure

A pretty restaurant with tasty cuisine

A nice surprise for this restaurant at the bottom of the slopes of Auron. Very spacious room, very nice decor, very nice service. Excellent and very original dish of the day, tender and generous meats, very good pizzas

Terrible customer service, non existent.

Location good. Suite which was just a room with an open bathroom was pleasant but rather over priced due to its location on the piste. Customer service especially by Mod was appalling, we just arrived and felt as though we were an inconvenience.

Never again!

“You never get a second chance to make a good first impression.”
That is a terse summary of my opinion!
Lack of welcome and willingness of the hotelier to dictate his law and impose his stiff and unfriendly mode of operation.
Some friendly and goodwill young waiters.
The exceptional setting cannot be the alpha and omega of this kind of establishment that happily surfs this rent situation.

Great experience

We arrived late and they allowed us to sit down. Food was great as was our waiter Kylian.
