This is a great hotel for travellers on a budget.

Very simple, quiet, clean and comfortable hotel. If you want luxury, certainly not the place. You get what you are paying for in a very decent way. Free wifi is available, satellite TV and comfortable beds. Very clean and decent bathroom. I wouldn't ask for more...

For God's sake..!

Definitely not recommended.
Watch this address!
(the picture with the swimming pool also has nothing to do with the address)!
(If very important!) Take care of your valuables..!!! When leaving the room, take it with you!
P.S.: Untended, musty, in breakfast - extremely frugal.

small clean and chaotic hotel

I stayed at this hotel with my family.I rent an apartment for 4 people, unfortunately, it turned out that there is too much in common with the apartment. That were separate rooms and bathroom in the hallway. Lady from service was really nice and she showed and offered us other rooms with bathrooms. Very good and beautifully presented breakfast. Service very nice and helpful. Hotel close to shops and Ems Terms. For one night is ok

gute Lage sehr sehr günstig

Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Bewertungen kann ich dieses Haus durchaus empfehlen wenn man nicht körperlich eingeschänkt ist. Klar, es ist nicht das Gand-Hotel, aber es kostet auch nicht so viel wie die meisten anderen Häuser in dieser langweiligen "Kurstadt". Für die Durchreise oder den Handelsvertreter bietet das Hotel Prinz Eitel zwar ein etwas arg abgewohntes Ambiente, doch immerhin saubere Bettwäsche, eine Flasche Mineralwasser (gratis), einen Tabletgroßen "Fernseher" (man sollte schon näher rangehen um etwes zu sehen ) - frische Hand- und Badetücher incl. Duschvorleger. Die extrem günstigen Zimmer in diesem etwas verwinkelten und am Hang gelegenen - und somit in keiner Weise behindertengerechten - Hotels verfügen über kostenloses W-Lan und sind über zwei verschiedene Straßen (Fluchtwege :-) ) erreichbar. Das im Preis enthaltene Frühstück ist, naja, nicht übertrieben üppig sag ich mal, aber man bemüht sich sichtbar im Rahmen der ganz offensichtlich sehr eingeschränkten Möglichkeiten. Abseits von Glanz un Gloria hat das Hotel jedoch eine Lage die erst auf dem zweiten Blick die Vorteile zeigt - es ist ruhig, zu Fuß ist man in drei Minuten am Lahnufer, in 7 Minuten im Kurpark und somit fast im Zentrum - sofern man in Bad Ems ein Zentrum finden will... denn ab 21:30 ist diese Stadt toter als ein Friedhof einer normalen Stadt. Oh mein Gott - wie ist es dann blos auf dem Friedhof von Bad Ems ?? Naja, wird wohl keiner erfahren, Betreten Verboten vermute ich mal.
Also Leute, das Fazit: ein kleines, abgewohntes Haus mit super Lage und zu einem wirklich extrem fairen Preis

Nicht zu empfehlen

Es ist nicht schlimm, wenn das Gebäude älter ist. Es ist auch nicht schlimm, wenn die Einrichtung nicht mehr modern ist. Aber wenn es muffig riecht, das Bett alt und unbequem ist, und die Sitzgelegenheiten nicht komfortabel sind, und man, wenn man sich Essen vom Lieferservice bringen lässt noch nicht mal anständig mit 2 Personen essen kann, dann sollte man sich überlegen, nicht ein paar Euro mehr auszugeben, und woanders zu buchen.
