Nice hotel in a great location

A special 'small' hotel. Great location. Lovely small breakfast where nothing is missing. Plenty of space in the breakfast room. Nice staff. The room is suitable and clean for 3-4 days. We felt comfortable.

Fabulous - thank you very much to the south store!

An all-round fabulous weekend in the South Speicher Kappeln. For a two day trip I chose the great accommodation "Südspeicher", right on the Schlei, a great choice.
Value for money were very good without having used the breakfast buffet for 19.50€. Very tastefully decorated rooms, very clean and modern. Overall, I liked the hotel extraordinarily well with the stylish interior.
Super nice staff, all velvet. A gentleman and many friendly ladies who made the stay very pleasant. I felt very welcome and am absolutely sure to come back in 2025 or 2026.
What I didn't use unfortunately: Breakfast buffet and the sauna (35€), which however looked very cozy on the tour.
My room was facing the backyard. On the next visit I would probably choose Schlei Blick and would like to bear the extra price.
Great service, wonderful hotel, everything fit from A to Z here!

Magnificent location directly on the Schlei

The hotel is perfectly located right on the Schlei. From the rooms you have a very nice view of the Schlei and can watch the busy shipping traffic during the bridge opening. Breakfast is rich and good. In appropriate weather, you can eat outside on the terrace. The rooms are very clean and modern. The only downside: The rooms are very small and the windows are also very narrow. The size of 18 sqm refers to the room including shower and toilet, For a longer stay the room would be too small for us.

Nice location on the harbour promenade

Nice welcome. Friendly and welcoming staff speaking English makes check-in a pleasant experience. Good access to parking. Ok room towards the “landside”, quiet and quiet. Large bathroom is a plus.
Good breakfast.
