A wonderful break right on the lake

A relaxing holiday with lovely hosts. From the warm welcome to the other friendly conversations and tips for things to do, everything we want is available.
Great sauna with spacious relaxation area, an extra large living room with drinks, coffee and cake for guests. Sun terrace directly on the lake with swimming ladder.
Hardworking "Heinzelmännchen" are almost invisibly active and the entire staff is very accommodating and friendly.

Dream hotel to relax and enjoy

This beautiful hotel, spread over two attractive buildings, impresses above all with its great location directly at the swing bridge in the centre of Malchow, as well as the extremely tasteful and high-quality furnishings and design. The studios are very spacious and comfortable, here with fine hand much emphasis was placed on quality and beautiful decoration. All other areas such as the well-kept garden, the small bathing area, the cosy terrace with dream views and the wellness area with the fireplace room also provide a very special atmosphere. Especially noteworthy are the helpful, friendly and courteous staff. Breakfast is extensive and varied and is served right at the table. Guests can also enjoy various hot and cold drinks during the day and cakes in the afternoon in the fireplace room. Parking is available in the nearby parking garage on separate pitches. An absolutely recommendable address that has caused us great enthusiasm. We will definitely be back!!!

Issues we've had are all home-made

We've been staying in this very nice Hotel what is located greatly at the lake. Right in the middle but still not noicy. All good so far...
The issues we've had are all home-made. The Staff at the check-in; the ones then later in the resaurant...all the way though check-out are non profesional. We've managed to find 2 profesionals in the hotel over the whole week.
The pricing in the restaurant is not reflecting what we got. Neither was the service at level.
Again, This is a nice hotel. Nice rooms, well located and super environment.
Everything related to staff is very questionabale.

Nice and cosy place to be

We stayed for the weekend in this wonderfully designed and comfortable place. Enjoying a gospel concert and Dinner in the restaurant at the fireplace. Very friendly staff, extra fine deco, fabulous choice of various homemade cakes. We really enjoyed our stay and missed nothing.
