We will definitely visit again!

Very good hotel in the city center. The KTEL dropped us off and took us outside the hotel. The room, renovated, clean, with a comfortable balcony. Large buffet for all tastes. Staff kind and very helpful helped us a lot with information. We will definitely go again!!

Lots of noise and bad smell

I stayed in a renovated room on the first floor, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The window didn’t lock properly, which meant a lot of noise from the street came straight into the room. There was a group of teenagers outside the hotel shouting and laughing late into the night, so I ended up sleeping very poorly.
The room also had a noticeable smoking odor that seemed to be covered up with a strong artificial fragrance, which made it quite unpleasant to stay in.
Breakfast was acceptable, but the coffee from the machine was of poor quality.

Clean and comfortable hotel in town center with helpful staff

Clean and comfortable rooms, and prices are reasonable. Very good wi-fi. The staff, especially Thodoros at the front desk, were very helpful. Excellent location. The hotel includes two wings, one of which has been renovated. I stayed in one of the old rooms on a high floor facing away from the main street. The old part should be renovated too: the bathroom was very small and the mattresses and furniture should be replaced.

JUST IN THE CENTRE OF THE CITY

The hotel is situated in the centre of the city, near to all sightseeings. Nearby is a freeparking area for the residents of the hotel, if you don't find a parking place directly in front of the hotel.
Some rooms of the hotel have been renovated, but we prefered to stay for one night in 2 old rooms (which are cheeper) , as we were passing by to the south. So, I can't judge the new rooms, which propable are much better. The old rooms need a renovation too, and this is also the management's purpose.
The stuff is polite, excellent and helpfull.
I liked the city very nuch and I will come back for more days to discover the region of Viotia and I will stay at the same hotel but the next time i will choose definitely the renovated rooms.

Rude and unfriendly service, loud, bad value for money

The hotel is located on the loudest street in Livadia. It’s practically a freeway, cars and motorcycles all night long. The staff is very unfriendly, when someone asks something. They look at you as if they do you a favor for answering. Breakfast is poor. And all that for this price? Value for money is bad, so one should avoid this hotel.
