The location is fine, but the room condition is unacceptable. The furniture is old and worn, and the washroom is extremely basic and not comfortable to use.

Staff is weird and a little rude. Not very friendly. Shower is either blistering hot or ice cold it’s hard to find the in between.

Had 8 nights at Hotel Magic. Staff very friendly. Room kept very clean and topped up the tea and coffee every day. Small fridge in room so could keep milk and food items fresh. Good tv and air con very quiet.
Brilliant location, could walk to sites, shops and transport easily. As female traveller on my own I felt very safe. Very quiet at night even though located in a busy part of town.
Very simple hotel but just right for me. Thanks to all the staff.
