Unreachable, unresponsive

I booked from April 23 to 28. I called many times to inquire something but the phone number cannot be reached. Is this a scam? Hence, I cancelled my booking to avoid any additional charges.

Dirty

Very dirty bathroom, they also don't accept a card but only cash , don't stay it's in an unsafe neighborhood and it is so unhygienic that I got sick staying there. The staff where also very rude and the so called breakfast was just an awful croissant

Good for sleeping in a hostel..... Lunch to review just croissant or pain au chocolat list at the start of the stay! On the other hand, sir who takes care of the customers, you are a little too present at lunch

Baddest hostel!!

Total respectless against older people,no information given to you,about hostel,tours,sightseeing,etc.rooms where outdated,with a old airco,what smells of plastic,shower outdated,filthy curtain,and waiting for hot water at least 10 minutes.
Beds where poor,and old.Old curtains hanging on window,with loose holes.
No respect to others over loud speaking of them in siesta time.It is run by Indians,but they don't know what hospitality is!!!!!
I stayed in India much better then hete in Rome,it was my baddest experience until now.Shame on you!!
