Tranquility… In everything.

B&B away from the chaos of Rome but in a strategic position to be in the center in less than forty minutes…
Clean apartment with fairly spacious areas; the common area also offers the possibility of having coffee in the morning and a fridge for water bottles.
The owner is also calm during check-in… but that’s understandable; after all, in theory, you are on vacation… but when you work like I do and are dead tired… even calm is dead..‍♂️
Aside from everything, for those traveling, it is an excellent accommodation with a good quality-price ratio for being in Rome.

B&b negative experience

What can I say, the photos do not make the reality of the b & b that seems a well-kept and clean location, in fact the situation in general is very different. Cleanliness of the rooms is not the best, the beds had stained sheets and duvets. The bathrooms of 2 out of 3 rooms did not have a bidet, one with the Czech bathroom did not have suction and in another with the window the water of the toilet came down continuously disturbing the rest, such as the street front where the noise of cars could be heard all night. The bathrooms lacked disposable headphones for the shower and no shelf where to place the beauty. The only positive note is the reception room / lounge with a sufficiently cozy equipped kitchen. Experience not to be repeated.

Perfect!!

Great experience!!
A beautiful residence, clean room and air conditioning, Wi-Fi and 2 amazing owners Roberta and Silvia, ready to help you any time and make your life easier.
Furthermore, the residence is located in a beautiful green area called Castel di Leva a few km from the City Center but this is not an issue.
Great restaurant all close by where you can taste great Italian dishes.
The residence "i ciclamini", became a favourite of mine in Rome and for sure is 100% recommended!!

Pleasure

Rome city break, Sylvia and Roberta, the owners of the place, helped us with information needed, with good advice for travel, eating in some great restaurants nearby, with transfer to the airport, other useful tips for a great holiday. The location is so nice decorated and it is very comfortable. Breakfast was very good.
